Returns

Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product are required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products.
Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after the required details are verified.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
